How to Order & Terms & Conditions

Stationery Information:

Samples:

  • A sample of the design of any one item of stationery is available at £3.00 each including post and packing. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery. This cost is redeemable when you place your order.
  • Please bear in mind all designs from Seventh Moon Wedding Design are originally made, are subject to copyright. 
  • All the cards come with an insert and envelope, or, where applicable a box will be supplied. 
  • If you require an invitation design specifically and exclusively for you, we make a charge of £30 for design time. You will be involved along the way via email/telephone to ensure you get exactly the look you require. 

Production Time:

  • Stationery orders take approximately 5 weeks to complete. If you require items in a shorter time please contact us to check if this is possible, as we are very busy at certain times throughout the year. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • As some materials are bought especially for each order, this can also restrict an exact colour match in our busy season or orders placed at short notice. We will always try to do our very best to design something to compliment your theme.
  • TABLE PLANS ~ if possible, please allow at least 5 weeks to allow me to make your plan. I understand that guest lists are not always finalised until shortly before your big day, but the earlier you can provide me with it, the better! Thanks. :)

Payment Information:

  • Once you have confirmed* the design and type of stationery you would like, please send a cheque for 50% of the total payable to Natalie Yeates or you can pay via Paypal. Please ask for an invoice to be sent to your email address.
  • The total balance is to be paid in full , two weeks before delivery.
  • *We would like in writing, by post or email that you are happy with the design, colour and insert wording before we commence with the work. We would ask you to check all spellings, names, times, etc to be correct.

Our Quality Guarantee:

  • We guarantee that you will be delighted with your order.
  • In the unlikely event your order does not arrive in good condition
    please contact us within 7 days and we would be happy to
    either replace or refund any faulty items.

Overseas Orders:

  • If you live outside the UK, we will ship to the EU. Payment can only be made by Paypal or by Bank Transfer. Shipping will be at cost and sent 'signed for'. 
  • If you are further a field, please contact us as we will do our best to fulfill your stationery requirements.

Postage Costs:

  • All postage will be charged at cost. Orders will be sent first class
    Royal Mail or for a small extra charge of around 60p "Signed For".
  • Invitation & bulkier orders will be sent via courier 24/48 hour delivery. Insurance is £2.00 extra.
  • Table Plans are sent via courier at a cost of £12 next day and require a signature upon delivery.

Packing:

  • We actively recycle packaging received by us, such as boxes, padded bags, packing materials etc.  It is only done with completely clean products and will not affect the items sent in it.  We hope that you are happy with us, promoting re-using and recycling!
