Stationery
Information:
Samples:
- A
sample of the design of any one item of stationery such as favour boxes, menus, order of the day (except table plans &
guest books of
course!) is available at £4.00 each including
post and packing. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery. Where a
special design is required, this may take a little longer, but I'll do
my best to send it out asap. This cost is redeemable when
you place your order.
- Please bear in
mind all designs from Seventh Moon Wedding Design are originally made,
and are subject to copyright.
Table Name Cards - These
cards were made for a bride who wanted a little story about each table
that she'd named. She supplied the photographs for each of the ten tables.
Each one measured approximately12cm x 10cm. £4.80 each.
To Place Your Order:
-
Just let us know via
email/telephone/snailmail which items you would like to order, the
colours, the quantity and the design. We'll quote you a unit price for
each item and total cost including shipping costs. Please let us have
your location, so that we can quote shipping correctly.Then when the order is in
production we will photograph your stationery before it is sent out to
you. In the case of table plans & guest books, photos will be sent
on an email of the layout before fixing down for your approval.
Production
Time:
- Stationery
orders take approximately 5 weeks to complete. If you require items in a
shorter time please contact us to check if this is possible, as we are
very busy at certain times throughout the year. We will do our best to
accommodate your request.
- As some
materials are bought especially for each order, this can also restrict an
exact colour match in our busy season or orders placed at short notice. We
will always try to do our very best to design something to compliment your
theme.
- TABLE PLANS ~
if possible, please allow at least 5 weeks to allow me to make
your plan. I understand that guest lists are not always finalised
until shortly before your big day, but the earlier you can provide me
with it, the better! Thanks. :)

- We guarantee
that you will be delighted with your order.
- In
the unlikely event your order does not arrive in good condition
please contact us within 7 days and we would be happy to
either replace or refund any faulty items.

Overseas Orders:
- Unfortunately
we can only ship Guest Books, Table Name/Number Cards &
Guest Name Cards overseas.
- If you live
outside the UK, payment can only be made by
Paypal or by Bank Transfer. Shipping will be at cost and sent 'signed for'. Seventh Moon is
not responsible for any customs/import taxes that may occur on sending orders
overseas. Please check or be aware of any costs that you may have to
pay on receipt of your stationery.
Postage Costs:
- We can only send orders
out a minimum of 7 days before your wedding day to make sure that you
get your stationery in good time.
- All
postage will be charged at cost. Orders will be sent first class Royal Mail or for a small extra charge of around 60p "Signed For".
- Bulkier orders,
such as favour boxes will be sent via courier 24/48 hour delivery.
- Table Plans
are sent via courier at a cost of £10.80 (48 hour delivery)
£13.80 next day and require a
signature upon delivery. These prices have an optional insurance cover
of an additional cost of £2 extra.
- Orders sent to
N.Ireland, Eire or Highlands & Islands, please be aware that I will have to quote
the parcel for shipping.
Packing:
-
We actively recycle
packaging received by us, such as boxes, padded bags, packing materials
etc. It is only done with clean materials and will not
affect the items sent in it. We hope that you are happy with us,
promoting re-using and recycling!
