Stationery Information:

Samples:

  • A sample of the design of any one item of stationery such as favour boxes, menus, order of the day (except table plans & guest books of course!) is available at £3.50 each including post and packing. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery. Where a special design is required, this may take a little longer, but I'll do my best to send it out asap. This cost is redeemable when you place your order.
  • Please bear in mind all designs from Seventh Moon Wedding Design are originally made, and are subject to copyright. 

 

Table Name Cards - These cards were made for a bride who wanted a little story about each table that she'd named. She supplied the photographs for each of the ten tables. Each one measured approximately12cm x 10cm. £4.80 each.

Production Time:

  • Stationery orders take approximately 5 weeks to complete. If you require items in a shorter time please contact us to check if this is possible, as we are very busy at certain times throughout the year. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • As some materials are bought especially for each order, this can also restrict an exact colour match in our busy season or orders placed at short notice. We will always try to do our very best to design something to compliment your theme.
  • TABLE PLANS ~ if possible, please allow at least 5 weeks to allow me to make your plan. I understand that guest lists are not always finalised until shortly before your big day, but the earlier you can provide me with it, the better! Thanks. :)

Payment Information:

  • The total is to be paid in full when the order is ready to ship to you.
  • *We would like in writing, by post or email that you are happy with the design, colour etc before we commence with the work. We would ask you to check all spellings, names, times, etc to be correct.

Our Quality Guarantee:

  • We guarantee that you will be delighted with your order.
  • In the unlikely event your order does not arrive in good condition
    please contact us within 7 days and we would be happy to
    either replace or refund any faulty items.

Overseas Orders:

  • Unfortunately we can only ship Guest Books, Table Name/Number Cards & Guest Name Cards overseas. 
  • If you live outside the UK, payment can only be made by Paypal or by Bank Transfer. Shipping will be at cost and sent 'signed for'. Seventh Moon is not responsible for any customs/import taxes that may occur on sending orders overseas. Please check or be aware of any costs that you may have to pay on receipt of your stationery.

Postage Costs:

  • We can only send orders out a minimum of 7 days before your wedding day to make sure that you get your stationery in good time. 
  • All postage will be charged at cost. Orders will be sent first class Royal Mail or for a small extra charge of around 60p "Signed For". 
  • Bulkier orders, such as favour boxes will be sent via courier 24/48 hour delivery. 
  • Table Plans are sent via courier at a cost of  £11.90 (48 hour delivery) £13.80 next day and require a signature upon delivery. These prices include insurance cover.
  • Orders sent to N.Ireland, Eire or Highlands & Islands, please be aware that I will have to quote the parcel for shipping.

Packing:

  • We actively recycle packaging received by us, such as boxes, padded bags, packing materials etc.  It is only done with  clean materials and will not affect the items sent in it.  We hope that you are happy with us, promoting re-using and recycling!
